Since we took our first steps into the UK market with the conversion of a six-storey office building in the Clerkenwell area of the City of London, our portfolio has expanded and diversified to include the refurbishment and redevelopment of properties in various West London locations including Fitzroy Square, New Cavendish Street, St John's Square and Covent Garden.

Some of these properties are Grade 2 listed buildings. In converting them to luxury apartments or single residencies, we worked closely with local authority conservation officers and English Heritage officials, managing to maximise the potential of the properties while protecting the architectural heritage.

We are now involved in the refurbishment of Eagle House, a locally listed building, to provide residential units above commercial units on the ground and first floors, with a health and fitness club in the basement.

This new landmark residential tower in an appropriate urban location will act as a gateway building along an important urban axis, and symbolises our ambitions for our company.
